By accessing and using Ringslack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement between you and Ringslack ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Service.

Ringslack provides a comprehensive communication platform that includes:

• SMS messaging services
• Voice calling capabilities
• Video conferencing tools
• Email communication services
• API access for integration
• Website deployment services
• Phone number management

All services are provided subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use only one account per individual or organization

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without consent
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activities
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

API usage is subject to rate limits and fair usage policies:

• Rate limits vary by plan and service type
• Excessive usage may result in temporary throttling
• API keys must be kept secure and not shared publicly
• Commercial use requires appropriate paid plans
• We reserve the right to modify rate limits with notice

Payment terms for paid services:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is due on the billing date specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

• Emergency issues are prioritized
• Documentation is available for self-service

Either party may terminate this Agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend service for violations of these terms
• We may terminate service with 30 days notice
• Termination does not relieve payment obligations
• Your data may be deleted after account closure

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• Our liability for data breaches is limited to reasonable remediation costs

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us:

• The Service and its original content are protected by copyright
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission
• You retain rights to content you create using the Service
• You grant us a license to use your content for service provision

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines:

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines
• We encourage amicable resolution before legal action
• Class action waivers apply where permitted by law
• International users agree to these governing terms

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• Changes will be posted on this page
• Material changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
